JORDYN SHULMAN
Jordyn Shulman comes from 3 generations of successful real estate developers and has quickly become a dominant force in the residential real estate world. She was recruited by one of the top 10 teams in real estate directly after college where she worked for several years before co-founding Bleeker Stone Real Estate Group.
Her deep roots throughout the elite Los Angeles community have opened doors and created connections that are invaluable. Having signed more residential leases than anyone her age, Jordyn continues to act as one of the leading Brokers in West Hollywood for all things residential and multi-family. Following 4 years with Bleeker Stone, Jordyn decided to team up with her husband, a well accomplished commercial real estate broker in Los Angeles, to create a one-stop-shop for all things real estate and ultimately simplify the way real estate transactions are done.
CHARLIE SHULMAN
A native of Los Angeles, Charlie Shulman brings an extensive market knowledge and geographic understanding of the Los Angeles area, as well as a deep-rooted passion for preserving the elements that make the City so unique. Shortly after joining Avison Young’s LA North office in 2014, Mr. Shulman had generated over $65M in both lease and sale transactions, and continues to provide landlord and tenant representation services throughout the City.
Specializing in the Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Hollywood sub-markets, Mr. Shulman deals with a wide variety of property types, including retail, office, industrial and specialty uses, but has a real passion for Restaurant and Entertainment-related uses, having positioning over 165,000 square feet of feature film, television, post/pre production, restaurants and high-end retail clientele, throughout Los Angeles. From representing iconic historic properties on The Hollywood Walk of Fame, positioning some of the leading restaurants in Los Angeles, as well as rapidly securing numerous locations for the leaders in high-end cannabis retail, Mr. Shulman is keen to remain on the cutting edge of past, present and future market trends to best assist Buyers, Sellers, Tenants and Landlords throughout Los Angeles.
THOR LEE
Thor Lee, Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Blue Jay Properties' may be the newest addition to the Team, but is by no means a stranger to the Commercial Real Estate industry.
Thor is a Southern California native raised in Ventura County and most recently served for over 25 years as a Vice President with Avison Young Southern California following its acquisition of Ramsey-Shilling. Thor began his real estate career with Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate in 2001 after a long career as a professional soccer player. His primary focus is on the Hollywood and adjacent markets and is prominent in the sale and leasing of office, retail and development-oriented properties. Working extensively with commercial real estate owners as well as buyers / tenants in the Hollywood market has earned him the reputation of a knowledgeable and committed Hollywood agent.
Over the last 19 years Thor has been working in the Hollywood area, he has become one of the most active and informed agents in this continually evolving marketplace. His community commitment is evidenced by his voluntary involvement in local non-profit groups which serve both the business and resident communities.

Thor graduated from California State University Northridge with a degree in Environmental and Occupational Health Science. As a four-year student/athlete at CSUN (1984-87) he was a two-time All-America selection and captained the Men’s Soccer Team to the National Championship Finals in 1987. Thor was recently selected into the 2018 Class of honorees to be inducted into the CSUN Sports Hall of Fame. Following his very successful college soccer career, he spent the next eleven years playing professional soccer for the Los Angeles Lazers (Major Indoor Soccer League), the Los Angeles Salsa (National Professional Soccer League) and D.C. United (Major League Soccer) among many others.
